Local Committees
Four Local Committees located in Auckland, Christchurch, Wellington and Dunedin will deliver the 2021 Climate Challenge Conference programs in their cities. These committees are open to those age 13-22, though exceptions may be made. As per our Leadership for All philosophy previous leadership experience is not required for all roles.
Members of this committee will attend a three day hui during December in their city. This hui includes skill development workshops, planning, initial actions, and the opportunity to get to know other committee members. A mentor from a supporting organisation or the National Committee will provide support to committee members.
Applications close on the 24th of April. You may apply for more than one role. Shortlisted applicants will be asked to interview online soon after applications close.
